If a Buyer has forgotten to complete the order after receiving it please fill out the form through the by submitting a request below. If the tracking shows that they collected the parcel more than 48h ago and haven't expressed their concern with the received item, then we can go ahead and complete the order on their behalf.
However when the Buyer hasn’t been yet able to collect the parcel then we’d advise to pop them a reminder via Yaga chat.
