If you're using a Huawei device then it can cause issues with logging you in on the Yaga app and navigating there, since the app doesn't get necessary updates due to Huawei not supporting Google. Our best suggestion would be log in via Yaga website (https://www.yaga.co.za) through your device browser instead, as it shouldn't cause any issues there.
With tablets (e.g Ipad) the use of the Yaga app is sometimes disturbed - this is caused by the tablet's higher screen resolution, which can 'break' certain functions. In this case we recommend you to delete the Yaga app and use the web version of Yaga (https://www.yaga.co.za)- you should be able to perform all operations there 🙂
