As a Seller you can cancel an order from Menu—> My shop—> Orders—> click "Cancel" under the correct order. After cancellation the money will be instantly and automatically fully refunded to the Buyers' Yaga wallet.
Good to know:
- After cancellation the listing(s) connected to it will remain in "Sold" status and it is not possible to mark it as unsold.
- If you wish to cancel a bundle order then this has to be done on each of the orders, depending on which order you wish to cancel.
- Yaga has the right to deduct the platform fee from the user’s account if the reason for canceling is making the payment outside Yaga or forgetting to remove the item that is already sold.
